Head of the Department Professor Jumber Khubutia
Date of Birth: 01.01.1953; Sokhumi. Married, two children

1983-1989 worked at the faculty of Botanic and Zoology at the Sokhumi University. From 1089 to 1993 was as a Dean of the faculty of Biology and Geography. From 2005-2006 he was a Dean of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, and from 2006 – an Associated Professor at the same University. In 1982, he defended Candidate dissertation, he has published 25 scientific works.

Since 2008, Jumber Khubutia holds the position of the Head of the Students’ Practical Training and Career Management Department.
