Professor Vladimer Papava Awarded the Title of Honorary Doctor of Sokhumi State University

decision of the Academic Council of Sokhumi State University, and in
recognition of his outstanding contribution to the development of education and
science, Professor Vladimer Papava, Academician-Secretary of the Georgian
National Academy of Sciences, has been awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of
Sokhumi State University
Professor
Papava’s many years of scholarly, pedagogical, and organizational activity have
made a significant contribution to strengthening the country’s academic
environment, promoting science, and advancing higher education.
The
conferral of the Honorary Doctorate by Sokhumi State University represents
formal recognition of Professor Papava’s multifaceted work and exceptional
merits.
