A
Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation was signed between LEPL Sokhumi State
University and NNLE "Tbilisi Kindergarten Management Agency."
The
memorandum is aimed at fostering long-term and productive collaboration between
the two institutions in the sphere of early childhood education. Particular
emphasis is placed on supporting students’ professional growth and
strengthening their practical experience.
Under
the terms of the agreement, students enrolled in the university’s Bachelor’s
Program in Early Childhood Education will complete internships at kindergartens
administered by the Agency. Through this initiative, students will gain
hands-on experience in authentic educational settings and further enhance their
professional skills.
The
partnership also seeks to contribute to the advancement of the preschool
education sector. Sokhumi State University will organize training and
professional development programs for kindergarten teachers through specialized
modules, while also encouraging their participation in local, national, and
international academic conferences.
Both
parties emphasized that the cooperation represents an important contribution to
improving educational standards and reinforcing the early childhood education
system.
