ERASMUS+ project – “Development of soft skills in higher education institutions of Armenia and Georgia based on the requirements of the 21st century labor market” (“DeSIRe”, coordinator: Vanadzor State University, GSU is a project partner).
The project aims to promote the development of education in Georgia and Armenia, improve students' career prospects, and prepare them for the 21st century. Development of soft skills according to the labor market. The project will introduce modules on soft skills.
Soft skills are not tied to any one field or discipline; they are essential in any profession and useful to anyone who sets out to accomplish a specific task. These skills include critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, public speaking, teamwork, digital literacy, leadership, and communication.
