University Celebrates the International Day of Science
Each year on
November 10, the world observes the International Day of Science, a date
dedicated to reinforcing the role of science in society, emphasizing its
significance in everyday life, and promoting innovation.
On this occasion,
Sokhumi State University extends its congratulations to Georgian scientists,
researchers, and the academic community, wishing them continued creativity,
scientific progress, and global recognition.
Established by
UNESCO in 2001, the International Day of Science has since been observed
annually in Georgia as part of this worldwide initiative.
Maintaining its
tradition, Sokhumi State University once again joins the International Day of
Science this year, marking it with a range of activities.
