On
March 20, 2023, the members of the working team of the Jean Monnet Module -
Larisa Takalandze (Module Manager),
Nino Tophuridze (Head of Administration), and Davit Zakaraia (Deputy Dean of
the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences), held a working meeting at Sokhumi State
University.
They discussed the activities to be implemented in the
frames of the Module in 2023 (during
2022-2023 Spring Semester) and related the organizational, educational and technical
issues. As
they mentioned, 223 students (instead of 150 students provided by the project) are registered from three Faculties (Faculty of Business and
Social Sciences, Faculty of Law and Diplomacy, Faculty of Natural Sciences,
Mathematics, Technologies and Pharmacy) in
the University for a new teaching course “Corporate Social Responsibility in
the EU”. The total number of students was divided into 2
lecture and 5 seminar groups.
The University Administration contributes
as much as possible to the implementation of the project.
