On November 15-16, 2021, the national conference of
the EU Erasmus+ project DITECH was held at the initiative of the Telavi
Iakob Gogebashvili State University team. Georgian universities involved in the
project and the National Center for Teacher Professional Development
participated in the conference.
The conference was opened by Isabella
Petriashvili, Professor of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University,
the national coordinator of the project. The conference participants were welcomed by Prof.
Alexander Mosiashvili,the Vice Rector of Telavi Iakob Gogebashvili State
University. Significant work was carried out over two working days and the
groundwork was laid for the next phase of the project.The institutional
managers of the project reported about the results of the project monitoring at
the national level, presented materials for the readers of online BA and MA courses, provided information about the implemented and planned
work on software, newsletter preparation, project quality management and
dissemination. The project financial manager held individual meetings with
partners on current financial issues and talked about the equipment and other
implementing financial activities acquired by the universities within
the framework of the
project.
For two days, the third national conference of the DITECH project, according to the busy work plan, was held in the format of discussion and collegial conversation on each issue. At the last session of the conference, the next activities to be implemented within the project were planned, the full version of the readers was developed, and the future plans for project quality management and dissemination were planned.
