Paper
Submission Procedure
Papers must be submitted
electronically as a Microsoft Word document. The submission must include the
author's first name, last name, country, university affiliation, academic
title, academic degree, and contact information (email address).
The paper must align with the
conference themes. The permitted length is 7 to 15 pages.
The conference paper must be
previously unpublished.
The title and an abstract of
200–300 words must be submitted by June 21, 2026. Speakers presenting in
Georgian must provide the abstract in both Georgian and English. Foreign
speakers may submit in English only. Submissions should be sent to:

The final deadline for
submitting the full electronic version of the paper is August 30, 2026, to the
following email address: pec@sou.edu.ge

Technical
Requirements for Papers
The abstract and the paper must
be written in Georgian and English using the Sylfaen (11 pt) font. Footnotes
must also use the Sylfaen font.
Foreign scholars may submit the
abstract and paper exclusively in English (the conference organizing committee
will handle the translation into Georgian).
Citizens of Georgia must submit
both the abstract and the paper in both Georgian and English.
Line spacing must be 1.5 in the
abstract and paper. Paragraphs must be indented using the Tab key. The text
must be justified (aligned to both margins). Margins must be 2.0 mm (Top,
Bottom, Left, Right). Tables and diagrams must be submitted in JPEG format.
Sources in footnotes must be
cited in their original language according to the following rules: For books:
Author(s) or Editor, book title, publishing house, city, year of publication,
page number. For articles: Author(s), article title, journal/publication title,
issue number, year, page number. For internet materials: Author(s), title of
the information/article, and the URL link. For legal acts: Title and official
requisites/identifiers. For case law (court practice): Name of the court, date
of the decision, case title, and case number.
Papers that do not align with
the conference themes will not be considered.
Accepted papers will be
published in both English and Georgian after the conclusion of the conference.
